1. Shipping Locations
We currently deliver to all major cities across India.
For remote or special locations, delivery timelines may vary.
International delivery/export orders are handled on request and subject to feasibility.
2. Delivery Time
Standard delivery timeline is 7–15 business days for ready stock items.
Customized or made-to-order chandeliers may take 3–8 weeks depending on design and size.
Delivery timelines will be communicated during order confirmation.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout.
Large chandeliers requiring special handling or installation may involve additional delivery/installation charges, which will be informed before dispatch.
In case of free shipping offers, details will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
4. Packaging & Handling
All products are securely packed using multi-layer protective packaging (bubble wrap, thermocol, wooden crates if required).
Fragile items like crystals are checked thoroughly before dispatch.
For large chandeliers, parts may be shipped in disassembled form with installation guidance.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with tracking details.
Orders can be tracked using the courier partner’s tracking system.
Our support team will assist you in case of any delivery-related queries.
6. Delivery Process
Delivery will be attempted at the provided shipping address.
If the customer is unavailable, the courier partner will attempt re-delivery or contact you for rescheduling.
Please ensure correct address and contact number at checkout to avoid delays.
7. Damages During Transit
If your product arrives damaged or broken, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.
We will arrange replacement of damaged parts or products as per our Return & Refund Policy.
8. Installation Support
For large chandeliers, installation services may be offered in select locations at additional cost.
Customers are requested to check with our sales team for installation availability in their city.
9. Delays & Liability
While we strive to deliver within committed timelines, unforeseen delays (strikes, natural calamities, courier issues, etc.) may occur.
Mrinal Lighting will not be held liable for such delays beyond our control.
