Return & Refund Policy – Mrinal Lighting Pvt. Ltd., we believe in creating chandeliers and designer lights that are made exclusively for you. Every piece is custom-built, designed with precision, and tailored to your order. Because of this exclusive nature, we maintain a strict no return and no refund policy.

We request all buyers to review product details carefully before placing an order. Our team is always available to guide you in choosing the right size, finish, or design, so that your decision is made with full confidence.

No Returns & No Refunds

All chandeliers, lamps, and decorative lights are custom-made on order.

Once an order is confirmed, returns are not accepted under any circumstances.

Refunds are not available, since production begins immediately after confirmation.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this policy.

Service & Parts Replacement

Although we cannot accept returns or refunds, Mrinal’s service promise ensures long-term support:

• If a product part is damaged during transit or a manufacturing defect is identified, we provide parts replacement.
• Our team offers lifetime technical support, available across every city in India (remote guidance + on-request on-site service).
• Replacement is limited to the affected part, not the entire product.

Cancellations

Once production begins, order cancellations are not permitted.

Since every product is built exclusively, cancellation disrupts the custom manufacturing process.

We encourage customers to finalize all details before placing an order.

How to Raise a Concern

If you face any issue with your order:

1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery for transit-related concerns.
2. Share photos or videos of the damage or defect.
3. Our support team will verify the case and arrange part replacement where applicable.
