• Mrinal Lighting Pvt. Ltd. is the owner and operator of this website.

• All products listed are manufactured or supplied directly by us.

• We reserve the right to change or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

2. Products & Descriptions

• We make every effort to display our products accurately, including size, material, and finish.

• Slight variations in color, size, or design may occur due to photography, lighting, or manufacturing improvements.

• Customized designs (if offered) are made based on client confirmation and cannot be changed after order approval.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices shown are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive/exclusive of GST (as mentioned on product page).

• Mrinal Lighting reserves the right to update prices without prior notice.

• Payments can be made via secure online methods such as Razorpay, UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, or COD (if available).

• Orders will only be processed after successful payment confirmation.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We provide pan-India delivery through trusted logistics partners.

• Estimated delivery timelines will be shared at the time of order confirmation.

• Any delay due to courier, strikes, natural calamities, or unforeseen reasons will not make us liable.

• For bulky chandeliers, special delivery and installation arrangements may apply.

5. Return, Replacement & Refund

• Returns are accepted only if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

• Damage during transit must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.

• Customized or made-to-order chandeliers are non-returnable and non-refundable.

• Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 working days.

6. Warranty & Care

• Our chandeliers come with a limited warranty against manufacturing defects (details on product page).

• Warranty does not cover damages due to mishandling, improper installation, electrical faults, or wear & tear.

• Proper maintenance and cleaning should be done as per our care instructions.

7. Intellectual Property

• All product images, designs, content, and logos on this website are the property of Mrinal Lighting Pvt. Ltd.

• Copying, reproducing, or using them without written permission is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Mrinal Lighting will not be responsible for any direct or indirect damages, including loss of business, profits, or data, arising from use of our products or website.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring proper installation and safety compliance at their premises.

9. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

• Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of New Delhi, India courts only.
